Please help anyone! I adopted my dog from the shelter about 2 months ago and I have managed to fall in love with him but something terrible happen today. My daughter is going to be 13, not a little kid and he bit her for no reason.My dogs were laying on the bed with me and she walked in an went to hug me and he bit her on the face above her eyebrow pretty bad. My daughter has always been good with him and they loved each other, he follows her everywhere. When we got him, they told me he was a bite case but it is so hard to believe because he is such a happy go lucky guy. I don’t know what happened but I need to do something since I can’t risk him hurting my daughter or anyone else. Is there a way to stop this behavior? Any help would be appreciated…………..

Sounds like he thinks he’s above her in the pack and needs to be brought down a peg. Have your daughter be the only person that feeds him.
