Very special and heartbreaking..please share! I was asked by my friends son to help. He has an 18 month red longhair doxie female that he loves very much. He just returned from Afghanastan fighting for our country to find his wife and child gone and the wife filing for divorce. He got orders to transfer to Watertown, NY for duty. After taking his dog and moving there they are now telling him he can not keep her in the housing. His parents are taking care of his ill grandparents and can't take care of right now. We are trying to find someone that would be interested in long term foster until August 2013. He is heartbroken and is hoping that he can hold on to his dog Penny. He wants a place close where he can visit her often and of course would be responsible for all of her expenses. Please share or contact me!
